The best way to have a productive day is to plan everything you intend to do at the start of your day.

Premeditating your day is the best way to move as fast as possible and get as much done as necessary for that day.

There’s this idea that the best time to plan your day is the day before — but as much as this is effective, it is nowhere near as effective as the morning plan.

The very first hours of the morning will be the time when you’re most rested, and your brain has the most focus.

When you plan the day before, you are creating plans from a tired brain, and a stressed out body. This is not effective.

The most pressing issues of the day will come to you only in the morning, and night time is usually a time for reminiscent activities. Forethought is for the Morning.

Next time you want to set plans for the next day at night because you’re trying to beat the clock and be super fucking smart, remember that nobody knows whether they’ll wake up in the morning or not, and so you must wait till the morning to premeditate.

Lay your plans from a fresh mind. Execute.
